I Heart Beef month is here!!! I know I am excited not only is it stock show/jackpot season and the cattle are getting all pampered for the shows. Buts its time to fire up the grills and get creative with new and exciting recipes for beef!! Don't forget to thank your local cattle rancher for the beef!!
